We went with Milgard years ago mainly because of price (vs. Andersen). We've been very happy with the windows. No issues. My sister went with less expensive option and they've had condensation between the panes. The only general problem we've had is with the screens. Some of them are difficult to remove and as a result they've bent when taking them out for cleaning. One window is tight when opening / closing but that's probably more to do with the installation.

My wife and I are considering either Pella or Andersen. Has anyone made a decision between these two? Why did you go with one over the other?
