I have nothing good to say about this washer. Or the dryer for that matter. The washer "stinks" all the time. I have to buy special tablets to run the washer without clothing just to remove the odor, sort of musty. Then even though the door is left open, the washer fills with water to the brim, and I am not even using it!!! Clothes never smell fresh, always like a smelly dishrag. I actually loath this washer. What a waster of good money, and the dryer, well, it never seems to dry the towels or heavy clothing thoroughly, even at a high setting. Towels just plain smell. I am so disappointed. I was so used to the fresh smelling clothes from my old top loader. I would trade this in a second. Two grand spent foolishly. I would advise anyone thinking about this purchase to run in the opposite directions. And by the way, the sales person at Sears was of no help whatsoesver all they suggested was to call a repairman. For what may I ask. Does he have answers to a smelly washer. I have run bleach through it, wiped down the gaskets, bought special tablets that Sears sells to clean the washer.
