		<description>Replacing ones windows is an important decision; however, nowadays it is more of a hustle for the salesman than a need for the customer.  In a lot of scenarios installers will replace windows over rotten wood or not secure them properly so that the insulating quality of the area around the window negates the quality of the window itself.  I have been in situations where I could feel cold air coming from around the window with a U factor of .19. Be careful.
