		<description>While recycling tires is cool, I worry about the health risks to children exposed to playing in chemical tire chips everyday.  There are numerous chemicals in tires, what about chemicals leeching into the ground after the rain?  Into the air when temperatures get hot?  Allergic reactions to latex exposure?</description>
