		<description>my parents got stuck with one of those cheap-for-developer, expensive-for-buyer houses with a FLAT ROOF.

TG roofs suck--you have to replace them with more petro-tar bitumen and gravel every 10-12 years.

So i&#039;m looking at building a pitched roof.. the type it should have had to begin with! It&#039;ll cost 40-50k but will never have to install another roof again!!

If I can&#039;t plant plants or PV cells on it, too bad. but at least the house won&#039;t cave in from the top.

just a tip for all of you with TG roofs...</description>
