I considered a tankless water heater for my remodel, but to implement for the entire house it was going to be necessary to run over 220 of power, and to install two water heaters. In order to do so, I was going to have to get an electrical engineer to make a plan to submit to the city. Furthermore, in Arizona we have hard water, and we are now starting to see a number of instant water heaters at the landfill because of the sensitive element burning out. Before installing for entire home, maybe reconsider. A Marathon water heater is nearlyas efficient as a tankless.
